Is there GST or a service charge?
No. The price on the list is the price you pay. The only variable is the length surcharge — $30 to $70 for hair below bra-line — and your stylist assesses and tells you that number before starting.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for cuts if a chair is free. Colour, perm and straightening should always be booked — those run two to four hours and we only have three stylists. WhatsApp us and we'll usually confirm within the hour.
What is Mucota and why does it cost more?
Mucota is a premium Japanese straightening and treatment system. It costs more because the product costs more — the trade-off is hair that stays soft and moves naturally instead of going flat and glassy. Cheaper rebonding exists; it just doesn't age as well.
My hair is box-dyed or over-bleached. Can you still colour it?
Usually — but sometimes not in one session. Send a clear photo in natural light on WhatsApp and we'll give you an honest read on what's achievable and how many visits it will take.
How long does balayage take?
Three to four hours including wash, toner and blow-dry. First-time balayage on dark Asian hair can run longer — we'll give you a realistic window when you book.
Do you keep my colour formula?
Yes. Formula, developer volume, processing time and product notes are all recorded, so a repeat shade is identical whether you come back in six weeks or six months.
